The Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to deliver a high-quality Accounts Payable for the College. You should have extensive experience of maintaining appropriate controls to ensure payment in line with the College criteria.

You should have good written and communications skills and have proven experience in a similar role and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

This role is a Fixed Term role for one year.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a high-quality Accounts Payable for the College.

Ensuring payment in line with college criteria.

Maintaining appropriate controls.

Detail orientated with a systematic approach to completing tasks paying high attention to detail

Highly organised person who manages their own workload, able to meet strict deadlines under pressure prioritising work tasks where required

Works to a 100% accuracy rate whilst dealing with high volume tasks and data

Strong team player with the willingness to step in to help with other tasks and support team members where required
